Due to the spike in COVID-19 cases, new protocols are in place for all PA state parks until 1/15/2021 with the potential for these to be extended.

1. Open Houses must cease until after January 15th, 2021.
2. Partner meetings, which include Friends Group meetings, may not be held in person within the park until after 1/15/2021.

The FAQ page has also been updated to reflect the newly instituted protocols.

Thanks all and stay safe!

Looking for Kugels

11/10/2020

Good day everyone!  The Friends of Nolde Forest are putting out a request for ornaments to decorate this year's tree in the mansion.  The History Committee is requesting Shiny Brite or similar ornaments.  These are classic glass ornaments, also known as kugels (a German word meaning "sphere), identified most easily by their textured silver cap and colorful patterns.
